Make the time to train with us at least 2 times a week. We are willing to work at any time of the day or night, within reason. There are always legitimate reasons not to exercise but we will not accept that you cannot find the time for a Personal Training/Coaching Session that is a tiny amount of time in the grand scheme of your life.
Accept that you must follow at least 95.5% of what we ask you to do, from exercise to food intake must be EXACTLY as we tell you. The other 4.5% we leave to your conscience.
Give 100% effort throughout the programme and maintain a positive approach at all times. Burning fat isn’t a walk in the park, but if you embrace it wholeheartedly you will have an enjoyable, energising, and wholly rewarding experience.
