At Absolutely Fit Studio we think that it is important to provide you with an idea of who we are and what our “performance coaching philosophy” is.
All our Coaches at Absolutely Fit are fully-qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers and have many years of experience in getting actual, real results. Not just talking about them.
If you want real results, Bespoke Nutrition, Fit For Function Training, Adequate Rest and Recuperation are the corner pillars of the Absolutely Fit Studio.
There are always legitimate reasons not to exercise (and some not so legitimate ones!) But training with us twice a week via a personal training / coaching session is only 4% of your day and a much smaller percentage of your life! We are willing to work with you day or night but we are not willing to accept that you cannot find the time.
If you want Absolutely Fit results, you will need to follow 100% of what we ask of you exercise wise and up to 70% of your food intake must be EXACTLY what we tell you.
You will also need to give 100% effort throughout the programme and maintain a positive approach at all times. Burning fat isn’t just a walk in the park, but if you embrace it wholeheartedly, you will have an enjoyable, energising and a wholly rewarding experience.
It is our job as experienced body shaping, mind-set and lifestyle Coaches to educate you and teach you how to adapt your current habits into new positive ones to obtain the best results possible.
