Starting off by helping his friends, seeing them grow in confidence inside and outside the gym, made Jai want to change other people’s lives.
Exercising is all about gaining confidence and having fun. Nutrition is all about fuelling the body and building a healthy lifestyle you can stick to. Not dieting and counting calories.
Jai loves helping clients on their journeys. He enjoys functional exercises, strengthening and conditioning, fat loss, body toning and boxing.
