Ben’s interest in health and fitness started when he was in school and his interest was on developing strength.
As soon as Ben finished school, he attained his personal training qualifications and started working in his local gym. Unsure of the career path he wanted at eighteen, he accepted my offer at the LSE and completed his BSc in Economic History, all the while working as PT in his spare time.
Over time Ben’s interests in strength moved more to health and longevity, largely because he had started getting pain in his hips, and weight training was needed to help manage and prevent the pain.
Ben’s interest in health and fitness started when he was in school and his interest was on developing strength.Ben had the pleasure of meeting Manjit in August 2022 and only then he started to fully appreciate the importance of proper nutrition alongside training in the gym. He was also fascinated in how there was a better way to achieve health through balanced nutrition that did not require counting or weighing food.
Ben’s interest in health and fitness started when he was in school and his interest was on developing strength.Since then Ben has continued learning to improve his understanding of the Absolutely Fit style and has been putting it in to practice ever since.
Ben’s interest in health and fitness started when he was in school and his interest was on developing strength.As well as receiving CPDs from Diabetes UK, University of Leicester, University of Padova and Public Health Scotland, Ben has started hi postgraduate studies with the University of Aberdeen to achieve a PGDip in Clinical Nutrition. This is all to further his understanding of the science behind transforming the human body and not only improve the way we look but maximise our longevity and quality of life.
